Gary Taube: Good Calories, Bad Calories- this book is a LARGE TOME (over 500 pages) but it’s filled with the research that supports Gary Taube’s claim that over-eating DOESN’T CAUSE you to be fat! If you want the shorter version, but filled with the facts, get the book below. And make sure you get extra copies to give to all the people who nag you, blame you, and think that you are overweight because you have no discipline and are slothful!

This book, which I read in between going through the much more extensive version above, has CHANGED MY LIFE! No kidding. If you want to lose weight, and keep it off, you HAVE TO UNDERSTAND how your body works. This is not opinion. This is medical fact based upon years of research (not new, but kept under wraps – hidden by a Diet Industry that WANTS you to FAIL!!). I know you will thank me once you read this, and IMPLEMENT it.
